A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for each person attending the retreat.  If you are signing up for double occupancy, please state in the "order notes" at checkout the name of the person you are sharing a room with and indicate the email we should send the invoice for their deposit to.

Cancellation Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE $500 DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO REGISTER.

Full payment is required by September 1, 2025
The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
Full payments made on or before the due date are refundable (excluding the $500 deposit and a $250 administrative fee)
After the due date there are no refunds for any reason. Our lodging, meal, and excursion providers require advance payment and offer no refunds.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
