200 Hour Teacher Training

Set yourself on the path of becoming a certified yoga teacher, or explore the deeper dimensions of your practice. Immerse yourself in the yoga lifestyle through this eight-month course of study. Each month, you’ll explore one of the eight limbs of classical yoga, with a special focus on kriya yoga – the yoga of action.

Learn correct alignment, and how to modify any pose.

Without correct alignment in the postures, you might as well not do yoga at all! All bodies can benefit from yoga, and it’s essential to fit the posture to the body, not the body to the posture. Explore ways to adapt any posture for any body, and find variations that will work for you and your students.

Practice safe and appropriate hands-on adjustments and assists.

When done respectfully, mindfully and safely by a skilled and well-trained teacher, “hands-on” assistance in a posture can be of great therapeutic value and a powerful aid to establishing correct biomechanical form.
